Before You File A Complaint

This site was developed to bring abut positive change in US public schools in an effort to enhance the learning experience for all students. So before you file a complaint concerning a school or school district, which may include one or more staff members or administrators, please be sure you have done the following:

                  1.  Make sure that your complaint is factual, objective and not a personal vendetta.
  2.  Attempt to resolve the matter with local authorities.
  3.  Document all communication with authorities relative to your complaint.
